Below are some useful tips for making your stay in the destination even more wonderful:

• If you have an airport transfer booked with us, we will advise you in writing to your room 1 day before departure with the pickup time. You can also check with your hotel concierge or contact our office on +971 4 4421155. The airport check-in starts 3 hours before the flight & gates are closed 60 minutes before departure.

• Desert Gate would love to make sure every part of your trip is flawless, but if your flight is not on time, we can’t be responsible for any additional costs involved.

We want you to have a memorable stay here in United Arab Emirates with top quality Premium Services. We would like to remind you that if you use services of other companies while buying excursions or rent a car, Desert Gate cannot be held responsible for the quality, safety or service levels provided by the suppliers other than Desert Gate.
